How To get Inoive

  1. Entry invoice title before submitting order. The Invoice will be deliveried to you with goods. Invoice title may be Individual name or company name. If you don't need invoice, leave it empty.
  2. An order corresponding to an invoice, the invoice will be sent together with the parcel.
  3. The shipping fee will be listed in the Invoice.

Supplemental invoice

  1. for the orders submitted in 100 days, we can send you supplemental invoice.
  2. The supplemental invoice need you provide detail information of teeume account name, order number, order date, ordered goods, invoice amount, invoice title. The delivery fee of this supplemental invoice should be paid by you.
  3. If the invoice title or amount is not correct, please contact to customer service. After confirmation we will resend the correct invoice after receiving your incorrect one. The delivery fee of return incorrect invoice will be pay by us.

Return policy

TeeUMe 's returns commitment

(One) Within 30 days of receiving goods(base on signing date), if the goods has not been weared and hang tag is well kept, you can return or replace goods by following case:

1. We sent wrong goods( including wrong printing, color, size and other things comfirmed in order)

2. The goods has quality problem, including:

  • a. The clothes has heavy stains.
  • b. The clothes is broken.
  • c. The clothes has wrong cutting, such as different length of sleeves.
  • d. the clothes fade serious after washing. Please read "Wash and Keep". If you wash in wrong way, it can not be returned.
  • e. The printing image sticked with other part of clothes.
  • f. Because of fabric and printing crafts, the printing image may have little color difference, and little position offset. It is in usual margin of error.

(Two) If you made the wrong order, pls contact our CS. we will try hard to help you.

Terms of return:

  1. Before return you must contact TeeUMe CS first to confirm the situation. Otherwise your return we will not accept.
  2. The goods and package should not be broken. Including accessaries, warranty bill, tags.
  3. You should return the gifts with goods. If you want to keep them, the gifts value will be deducted in the refund money.
  4. Pls note the reason of return, specially quality problem.
  5. The order invoice should be return as well.
  6. Pls provide the TeeUMe dispatch bill or Express delivery bill.

Goods in cases below can not be return:

  1. Goods has been used. (excluding quality problem).
  2. Goods used or kept in wrong way.
  3. 如个人原因造成商品的外包装破损严重(包括外包装箱或外包装袋),商品附件、说明书、保修单、标签等有缺失。


  1. Tips for reception: If the package is broken when carrier send to you, you can reject reception, and contact TeeUMe CS to process this.
  2. TeeUMe in the light of "Customer Service and Honesty", provid all members the best goods and service. If there is cheat from customer, we will retain the right to pursue legal responsibilities according to law.

You must return goods with info as your name, reason to return, order No., contact phone, address.

  1. Exchanging goods by cause of our mistakes, we will re-send you the right goods after receiving the return, we will pay the shipping fee.
  2. If you made a wrong order and want to exchange goods. You can return the goods and re-order. You should make up the different price and pay the shipping fee.
  3. If you decide to return and get back money. We will refund money to your TeeUMe account in one week.

How long to process order? How long to ship?

First we will confirm your order, and manufacture in 24 hours. Generally, you will receive it in 5-7 days. But bulk order or holiday may spend a little more time.

How to change address after submitting order?

Contact TeeUMe CS, if the order has not been sent, the address can be changed.

Can I cancel or change an order?

The order not confirmed by TeeUMe you can cancel it in member center.

If the order is confirmed, it is in process of producting. In this case you can not cancel, pls understand.

Note: False orders or maliciously cancellation will leave you bad credit. In serious cases, TeeUMe has the right to freeze account and hold liable.
